Discovery
A working session to understand your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do. We map the structure and messaging before we open any design tool.
Days 1–3
Design
We design a system built specifically for you — pages, components, and hierarchy that suit your offer. You review everything and give feedback before we move to build.
Days 4–12
Build
We build the design out — clean code, fast load times, SEO set up properly. You get a staging link and rounds of feedback to get it where it needs to be.
Days 12–22
Launch
Before going live, we run a pre-launch checklist built over years of shipping sites. Deployment, domain, and final QA handled end to end. Two weeks of post-launch support included.

- How long does a project take?
- A brand strategy engagement is typically 4–6 weeks and a website is typically 2–4 weeks. When the situation calls for it we move faster, and we'll always tell you upfront what's realistic for the work in front of us.
- Who is 4080 Studio for?
- We work with ambitious companies — founders and teams that need a brand and site worth remembering. We take on a handful of clients at a time, so we're not the right fit for high-volume, lowest-cost work.
- What makes 4080 different from a typical agency?
- You work directly with the two cofounders — no account managers and no hand-offs to juniors. Strategy and craft come from the same small team, and we start with positioning before any design, because most companies have a clarity problem before they have a design problem.
- Why do you start with strategy instead of design?
- A beautiful site built on a fuzzy story ages fast. We figure out what you stand for, who it's for, and why it matters first — then design from there — so everything downstream gets easier and the work lasts past your next phase.
- Do you work with companies outside India?
- Yes. We're based in Uttarakhand, India and work with startups and businesses across the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and the UK. Most collaboration happens remotely, with founder sessions to get the strategy right up front.
